Privacy Policy

Overview

PermaTell is a decentralized storytelling and POMP (proof-of-moment) product built on Arweave and AO. The POMP native apps (iOS / Android) use the same public network and the same optional Wander Connect wallet path as the website.

What we process

• Wallet address — used to show owned / created POMPs, claim drops, and resolve public Zone profiles (display name / avatar).
• Public on-chain data — campaign metadata, claim records, and Zone profile fields already published to Arweave / AO.
• App preferences — local settings such as API base URL or native-flow toggles stored on device only.

What we do not custody

PermaTell does not store private keys, seed phrases, or Wander recovery material. Signing is performed in Wander Connect (or a browser wallet extension on desktop). We cannot recover a wallet if you lose access credentials.

Wander Connect

When you connect in the POMP app, authentication and wallet custody are provided by Wander. See Wander's own policies at wander.app/legal/privacy-policy. To cancel a Wander account / request deletion of Wander-held data, follow in-app Delete Account instructions or contact Wander at team@communitylabs.com.

Analytics & third parties

Public reads may use Arweave / AO gateways and GraphQL indexers. Hosting may run on providers such as Vercel. We do not sell personal information.

Account deletion

There is no separate PermaTell custodial account. To stop using the app, disconnect Wander and delete the app. To request deletion of Wander Connect account data, use More → Delete Account in the POMP app or email Wander support. On-chain POMP and profile data on Arweave is permanent by design and cannot be erased from the network.
