The claim word is hashed before it is stored in AO. Attendees claim from the event asset process, which tracks one claim per wallet in Lua state.
After campaign Setup succeeds, PermaTell also creates a Bazar collection for this POMP (2 extra L1 signatures: Collection- Manifest + carrier). Soft-fail if those fail — your claim link still works; you can retrofit from the asset page.
Artwork compressed under 100 KB stays free to store. Claiming a POMP is always free. After five created campaigns, a small team fee may apply when a treasury address is configured. Oversized stills, animated GIFs, and MP4/WebM can be kept via a quoted Turbo + team fee — only when treasury is set.
